As creative director & business owner, Karen coordinates the details of each Big Picture Project from our studio in Pagosa Springs.
From start to finish, Karen is there every step of the way to ensure each project is a wonderful experience for everyone involved.

Sarah's love of painting has led her to create large scale murals & projects as well as teaching acrylic painting & watercolors at the Big Picture Project's sister company, Picasso and Vino.
Sarah believes in the importance of practicing art for the experience of creating, not necessarily for the end product.

Sarah's love of painting has led her to create large scale murals & projects as well as teaching acrylic painting & watercolors at the Big Picture Project's sister company, Picasso and Vino.
Sarah believes in the importance of practicing art for the experience of creating, not necessarily for the end product.
Sarah's experience with children as a nature specialist, managing a challenge course for boy scouts and her time as a painting instructor has given her the ability to challenge kids to step out of their comfort zone.
Sarah enjoys traveling off the beaten path to paint. She's hiked her painting gear to the top of Chimney Rock National Monument and skied it into Wolf Creek Ski Area.
Sarah has worked throughout the Western US as a National Park Ranger and spent time working with the Wolf Creek Ski Patrol but enjoys her time in nature most when she has a paint brush in hand.

Jadi is a self taught painter from Pagosa Springs, CO.
Murals are her favorite painting format & she's created murals for residential patrons throughout Mexico and Hawaii.

Teaching with the Big Picture Project combines two of her unique skill sets and she’s excited to expose kids to the art of making the world a more beautiful place—one brush stroke at a time.
